Purchase Orders:

U.S. first time order minimum is $300.00  Re-orders minimum is $150.00.
 
International order minimum is $500.00   Re-order minimum is $250.00.

Quantities listed in the catalog are the minimum purchase per item. We are unable to break case packs.

Present Time reserves the right to adjust case packs to meet minimum quantities up to a 10% difference.  We will notify the customer of any changes beyond said difference.

Prices do not include shipping and handling charges.

Prices and case pack quantities are subject to change without notice.

Once the order is placed, the customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the order.  All changes will be subject to a 20% fee.

Payment Options:

First time orders require prepayment by credit card.

Terms are Net 30 for approved customers.  To apply for Net 30 terms you must complete, sign, and return a Present Time credit application.  Please contact our Accounting department for application at 512-441-9533.

If not approved for account terms we accept payment by credit card: Visa or MasterCard.   Proper information is required to successfully process credit card payments.  Please include: Exact billing address, first name, last name, credit card number, security code and expiration date as it appears on your credit card statement.

International customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer.

NSF checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge.

If an account is beyond terms, new orders will not be shipped until the account is in good standing.

A late charge of 1.5% per month/18% annual will be assessed to all past due invoices and balances.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped FOB Dallas.

Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground unless specified by customer.   All special shipping requirements must accompany the order.

Orders ship within 48hrs of securing payment (or terms approval).

Present Time observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days:  Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and January 1. If the Holiday falls on the weekend we then observe the closest weekday as the Holiday.

Backorders/Cancellations:

We make every attempt to ship orders complete.  However, our products are imported and back orders should be expected.

Backorders automatically ship unless explicitly stated by customer. 

Standard orders for later delivery must be cancelled in writing 10 days from acceptance date.  Cancellations received after 10 days will be subject to 20% cancellation fee.

Custom orders with packaging and labeling requirements will be subject to 30% cancellation fee.

We have the right to cancel backorders older than 3 months or below $50.

Shipping charges apply to all backorders.

Returns & Damage Claims:

We take great care in packing and delivering your products safely.  If you have a claim or return please contact our Sales Team to process your request.  Please note Present Time reserves the right to deny returns.

Custom orders with packaging and labeling requirements may NOT be returned.

It is our policy to require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for returns.  Once a RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return all items, and only items that are listed on the RMA will be credited.   Credit will be issued after the receipt and inspection of all items listed on the RMA.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

All Return Claims must be received within 15 days of receipt of goods.  Returns will be subject to a 20%-50% restocking fee.  Returns not due to defective product will be shipped back at customer’s expense.

All Damage Claims must be received within 15 days of receipt of goods.  Please take photographs of all damages as this will assist in expediting the claim.  Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of claim.

Claims for Defective products must be received within 30 days of receipt. The product(s) may either be exchanged or a credit note will be placed on Customer's account for use on future purchase. Please see RMA requirements.

No Return Authorizations will be given to past-due accounts.

No deductions will be allowed for past-due accounts.



We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.    No other Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be valid unless accepted in writing  by an authorize representative of Present Time Inc.  Placing an order with Present Time shall constitute acceptance by the customer of each of these Terms and Conditions.    Once the order is placed, the customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the order.
